Rain Bird DV Series-1 inch Electrical Valve, Remote Control, 24VAC, F x F

The Rain Bird DV Series-1 inch Electrical Valve, (Model 100-DV), can be used in locations where the use of a separate pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) or a double-check valve is required by city codes to protect against back flow. Check your local city codes to determine what type of valves are required. It accepts a latching solenoid for use with Rain Bird battery-operated controllers. All of our valves work with any standard sprinkler timer. The Rain Bird DV Series-1 inch Electrical Valve operates in low-flow and Xerigation® applications when the RBY filter is installed upstream. It is energy-efficient, and has a low-power encapsulated solenoid with captured plunger and 90-mesh (200 micron) solenoid filter. It also features a unique, easy-to-turn patented pressure assisted flow control mechanism.
