Drip Irrigation Supply

Drip irrigation is the most water-efficient method of irrigation since water is delivered at or near the root of plants and there is less chance of water run-off than with sprinkler irrigation systems. At Sierra Irrigation, we supply a wide range of drip irrigation products from top brands in the industry to provide you with an array of choices to meet all of your irrigation needs.

Pros and Cons of Drip Irrigation

Pros: Drip irrigation systems save you money on your water bill and help the environment by minimizing water waste. In addition, drip irrigation systems can be easy to install and are very cost-effective.

Cons: Drip irrigation does not meet the needs of a home with differing watering schedules in different areas of the yard. Also, some homeowners may be concerned with unsightly above-ground plastic tubing and water emitters.

At Sierra Irrigation, we can help you decide whether a drip irrigation system or sprinkler irrigation system will best suit your watering needs and landscaping goals.

Our Hunter® and Rain Bird® Products

Whether you require control valves a high quality drip filter to complete your drip irrigation system, we will help you outfit your irrigation system with the appropriate components. At Sierra Irrigation, we provide the following high quality drip irrigation products:

Control Valves help regulate the flow of water by turning the water on and off to specific parts of the yard. At Sierra Irrigation, we supply Hunter® and Rain Bird® residential, professional, commercial grade control valves and replacement solenoids.

Drip Fittings are plastic connectors used to attach the drip tube to other tubes, control valves, or pipes. At Sierra Irrigation, we provide drip couplings, tees, plugs, and elbows in sizes ranging from ¼″ to ¾.″

Drip Tubing is a special polyethylene tube used in drip irrigation systems. Emitters are attached to this tubing to release water at strategic locations in your yard. At Sierra Irrigation, we supply ½″ and ¼″ poly dripline.

Bubblers allow you to deep water your plants and flowers and they give you more control over watering than other fixed irrigation systems.  At Sierra Irrigation, we supply Toro® brand quarter circle, half circle, and full circle stream and flood bubblers.

Distribution Manifolds control multiple outlets from a single source inlet so that you benefit from having all of your control valves and drip tubing feeding to a central location. At Sierra Irrigation, we provide several different manifold types and brands.

Drip Pressure Regulators reduce the water pressure and keep it at a constant level. This is important for your drip irrigation system which functions best at its manufacturer-specified PSI. At Sierra Irrigation, we supply pressure regulators ranging from 10 to 30 PSI.

Drip Filters help keep your water clean by screening out impurities before they reach your lawn and garden. At Sierra Irrigation, we provide ¾″ inline WYE filters to ensure that your plants aren’t damaged by contaminated ground water and high chlorine levels and that your emitters are kept free of clogging debris.

In addition to the products listed above, we carry sensors, controllers, and remotes so that you can optimize your irrigation system.
